Masterminds is recruiting a Community Manager/Content Distribution for a Leading Multinational Digital Media Company based in Beirut:
-BA in Communications, Translation, Journalism, Arabic or English Literature or any other relevant field.
-In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
-Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment.
-Ability to communicate results to management in a fast paced environment
-Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
-Develop a content strategy and calendar for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat that will grow the company’s presence socially, and drive more users to its digital asset
-Publish content, posts, and videos daily on all aforementioned platforms to keep users engaged and increase their loyalty to the brand
-Ensures all posts successfully resonate with the target audience
-Monitors and measures the impact of social media programs, analyze, review, and report on campaigns and strategies to maximize results in the future
-Shares insights and feedback from social media monitoring with the Marketing and
Editorial teams, to help them evolve their strategies.
- Moderate and respond to all user comments, questions, and messages in a social way
- Research and run keyword-based searches throughout the cycle of issue management
- Pull monthly and quarterly performance analytics and crystallize key takeaways and learnings
-Monitor Social Media trends and stay updated with all the latest news of each platform to stay ahead of competitors
-Opportunity to capture and publish content in real time via Snapchat and Instagram Stories
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM till 5 PM OR 9 AM till 6 PM
