Responsible of applying all company’s processes and service steps to make ZWZ customer enjoy a unique experience.
Supervising the work of the Front of the House (FOH) team and offering support when needed. Carries on Floor Manager duties during his absence.
- Overviews FOH team implementation of ZWZ standards and offers guidance in case of discrepancies
- Takes orders accurately from customer and suggests promoted items in applying up-selling steps as per guidelines
- Makes sure served items match customers’ orders
- Coordinates between BOH and Expeditor to make sure customer is receiving his order accurately and in a timely manner
- Seeks feedback from customer through both table visit and comment card
- Reports problems, solutions implemented and discrepancies to the Floor Manager
- Informs the Manager of any incident with the customer and fill incident report
- Overviews the personal hygiene of the waiters and take proper action when necessary
- Keeps the restaurant clean prior, during, and after the shift
- Overviews the cleanliness of all sections and makes sure all condiments are ready and available Performs Manager’s station checklist to ensure the consistency/Quality safety of food and makes sure that the restaurant will not run out of products
- Coordinates with training manager to organize training session
- Applies operations documents including opening/closing checklists, handover, DOC, restroom checklist and performing daily operations steps
- Completes the pre-shift checklist and initiates corrections of identified problems
- Evaluates restaurant needs, ensuring that staffing and stock levels will be appropriate for future shifts
- Cashes customers bills properly
- Reports conflicts between team members
- Oversees food production process to reach customer
- Monitors the application of stock guidelines
- Issues accurate requisitions to central kitchen, warehouse, purchasing department or external suppliers
- Receives ordered items as per receiving guidelines and taking proper actions for any discrepancy
- Returns any non confirming goods to supplier


- High school diploma, technical school, college degree or ongoing studies (preferable hospitality degree)
- 2 – 3 years experience in the hospitality field
- Previous experience as waiter
- Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus
- Money handling
- POS experience
- Selling Techniques
