• A minimum of 4 years experience in the Managerial level in restaurants or hotels
• A degree in hospitality management or its equivalent
• Fluent in: Arabic, English and French
• Possess organization and planning skills
• Possess leadership skills
• Possess coaching and mentoring skills
• Availability and flexibility in schedule
• Have the ability to work under pressure

• Follow checklist and ensure proper opening/closing/mid shift handover procedures
• Conduct store tour and check the front and back of the house to ensure readiness for the shifts
• Conduct daily briefing to dining employees
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are adhered to by employees and in the restaurant
• Check all sections during service to ensure good performance, fill in where needed and ensure all SOPs and sequence of service are followed
• Inform employees continuously on all promotion, specialties and other sales activities
• Conduct table visits and handle customers’ complaints efficiently and professionally according to company regulations and inform Restaurant Manager
• Ensure inventories are done accurately and on time and ensure maintaining company assets in good shape and report any malfunction
• Divide duties and tasks among service employees and manage their leaves in assistance of the Restaurant Manager
• Actively coach and direct employees throughout each shift
• Assist the RM in controlling void reports, breakage, theft and waste reports
