Description


ASSISTANT TO CHAIRMAN:
• Follow up on Chairman Schedule (Schedule appointment with customers, arrange internal/external meetings)
• Prepare and provide weekly/monthly reports to the Chairman
• Arrange the Chairman Business Travel

GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES:
• Perform general office duties such as; typing, faxing, scanning and filing various documents
• Handle all incoming / outgoing correspondence:
o Phone Calls
o Messages
o Transfer of Calls
o Sort and distribute correspondence
• Monitor employees’ attendance weekly and act upon absences

RECEPTION:
• Greet clients and visitors on arrival at Issa Holding’s reception
• Inform relevant member of staff of the client/visitor’s arrival and escort them to the Employee they are visiting
• Liaise with the cleaner to ensure that reception area is at all times kept clean and tidy

LOGISTICS:
• Take meeting room reservations and arrange the logistics for all types of events (Meetings, Trainings, etc.)
AD-HOC ASSIGNMENTS / REPORTS:
• As per the Chairman’s requests

REQUIREMENTS

• DEGREE
o Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or Equivalent
• YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
o 2 to 4 Years of progressively responsible relevant experience
• KNOWLEDGE
o Business English, Business Communication
o Knowledge and ability of record keeping methods, filing systems
o Customer service and public relations methods and techniques
o Experiences in various Microsoft programs (i.e. Microsoft Office, Navision, SharePoint, etc.)
