A leading Lebanese company with international presence is looking to hire a Computer/ Control/ Communications Engineer to be part of / and lead an existing team, primarily to provide sales support, proposals, specifications, design, and delivery/ installation planning of projects to schedules and to budget. In addition, he shall be able to provide technical, engineering and training support to the department team and to customers.
Key Accountabilities
− Follow/ manage/ improve company processes to deliver systems and projects to schedules and within budget.
− Prepare estimation and proposals, technical and financial, and propose cost effective solutions.
− Effectively Manage, Lead, Train and Assign Installation and Maintenance teams.
− Oversee technical submittals, drawings, schematics, O&M manuals, etc.
− Manage the supply chain, including selection and procurement of materials.
− Report on Profit and Loss of his department to management.

Skills and Qualifications
− Minimum of engineering Bachelor Degree in Computer and Communications or equivalent.
− 10+ years of relevant experience in similar role.
− Good understanding of Access control systems, hardware and field devices specifications and selection
− Possess organization and managerial skills.
− Ability to work flexibly within a team environment, as well as independently.
− Effective customer focus; sales experience preferable
− Capable of estimating technical scope and workload.
− Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, CAD, etc.
− Fluent in spoken and written English, Arabic. French is a plus.

− Knowledgeable with various Networks architectures
− Knowledgeable with Panel Building Specifications, wiring, electrical compliance and standards
− Knowledgeable with Building Regulations and materials standards (EN, NFPA, etc.)
− Good Presentation and communication skills with customers, contractors, and suppliers
− Advanced level of using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Project and Access)
