Description


Main Responsibilities:
1 - Remote Technical Support Clients using Managed Service tool.
2 - Detect problem origin related to Desktop, Printer, Scanner, Thinclient, POS, Tablet .
3 - Troubleshooting windows and application problems related to End User.
4 - Follow up Team & Assist with dispaching technicians.
5 - Installing & Configuring software as required by SMB clients.

Degree:Computer Communication or Computer Science
Experience: 1 Year
Certificate: MCSA
