ABOUT THE ROLE:

Key to the continued growth of this exciting business is efficient Management:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements
- Transferring salaries
- Keeping track of personnel recrods (Leaves, Holidays, etc...)

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

- Fluent in spoken and written English (French is a plus)
- BA or Management degree
- Well organized
- A good communicator
- Experience in a similar position

Desirable Skills:

- Independent thinker, a quick learner and have good problem-solving skills
- Supporting and contributing to the company’s dynamic ‘can do’ culture
- Good knowledge of the leisure / entertainment – gaming industry
- Experience in a service / people orientated environment would be particularly advantageous
