Description


As an online community manager you will be helping our clients plan, develop and deliver social communications that achieve business objectives across various online and social platforms and tools.Job

Responsibilities:
- Understanding and communicating that our day-to-day work ties into our clients’ broader business objectives
- Offering strategic thinking, creative spark, commercial understanding
- Coming up with and developing creative ideas, Managing the day-to-day delivery of creative and strategic plansCreative copywriting and rich media content creation
- Reviewing, amending and approving this content
- Structuring this content into calendarsStimulating and sustaining conversations and relationships via social presence management and engagement with relevant influencers
- Manage the online community and moderate all user generated content on various online channels to ensure that feedback/inquiries/tweets/posts are well responded to in a timely manner.
- Identifying and profiling key individuals within specific passion groups
- Researching and staying up to date with the latest developments in social networking and associated social media tools and trends.
- Identifying business development opportunities with existing clients
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Optimizing approach via ongoing monitoring and regular reporting
- Delivering reports, performance tracking & trend analysis to clients (Weekly/Monthly)
- Work as part of a team through participating actively in brainstorming of ideas and concepts on projects.

Key Skills:
- An eye for creative content: both verbal and visual
- An understanding of social media and its impact on brand
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using a wide variety of social platforms and toolsProficiency in using Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint/Excel
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- 2-3 years community management experience either agency (Preffered) or client side
- The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye for details
- Team Player

The following are preferable:
- Previous experience at planning and managing social presences
- History of building and managing client relationships
