• Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and payroll.
• Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.
• Directs the maintenance of accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
• Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports, and reviews them with management.
• Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.
• Directs and participates in cost analyses and rate studies.
• Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
• Directs internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
• Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
• Fills the Fiscal Reports at the end of the fiscal year to be presented to the ministry of finance.
• Coordinates with the ministry of Finance to accomplish unsolved matters.
• Supervises the work of accounting counterparts in company branches and coordinate with their superiors.
• Hires, trains and manages the performance of accounting team members.
• Provides timely and accurate reports to senior management and board of directors.
