Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors
- fielding telephone calls
- receiving and directing visitors
- word processing
- creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
- Assisting the CEO's by preparing reports, making calls, follow up with the staff
Age: 20 – 50 years
Experience: 1-2 years in administration or related field
Education: High school graduate
Computer skills: Microsoft office
Languages: Arabic & English (Mid Level), French is a plus.
