Out-side -Customer Service Officer (A car is a must )
We are looking for a driven individual with great organizational and multitasking skills.
• Interacting with company’s customers, providing them with information to address inquiries regarding services our company offers.
• keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
• Responsible for updating account information
• Handling customer complaints and Solving customer problems
• Managing client-company relations, as well as maintaining and developing these relations.
• Creating weekly and monthly reports for analysis
Knowledge & Skills:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel)
• Fast learner
• Problem -Solving Skills
• Polite, respectful and friendly
• Must have good standard of written English & Arabic
• + Ability to write website text and advertising emails is a plus!
