Description


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

•Schedules manufacturing operations
•Launches & Improves the products for maximum unit of production
•Prepares recipe & hands it over to the Cost Controller
•Updates the Cost Controller with any changes in recipe in written format
•Is responsible for Wastage Control
•Manages & Follows up the raw material
•Controls the plant maintenance
•Is responsible for man power planning
•Tracks the progress of the manufactured goods
•Prepares reports detailing anticipated production goals
•Performs time studies in order to determine how long certain tasks take
•Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
•Enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance
•Investigates any accident or safety violation, prepares appropriate reports, takes action steps to correct and prevent future occurrences
•Creates new techniques for processing, packaging and preserving food
•Tests the process and the utilization of food equipment
•Develops and designs new food equipment

Requirements:

•Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards
•An understanding of manufacturing processes
•French is a must, English is a plus
• Minimum 5 years in a bakery industry
•Willing to travel: Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire
