Needed HR assistant for a well known retail company in Beirut
Preparing reports (Warnings Summary, Turn Over, Staff required, HR reports …..)
Preparing all letters, certificates, warnings ….
Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
Maintain contact with universities and recruitment agencies
Schedule and organize interviews
participate in applicant interviews
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment
Induct new employees within the organization’s policies and procedures
Conduct exit interviews
Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
Organize the transitional provisions of employee compensation, pay and benefits when positions are transferred or new positions are funded through contribution agreements and other special funding arrangements.
consulting with managers and supervisors about company policies and procedures, and whenever necessary in helping them
Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations for training workshops and seminars for staff and community groups
Perform other related duties as required
* Good knowledge in MS Office (excel, word).
* Fluent in English and Arabic
* Familiar with Lebanese labor law
* 0-2 years of experience
* BA or equivalent certificate
