1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the
Company Office
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Pick up and deliver the mail and update the mail log form accordingly
- Open and date stamp all general correspondence
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support (excel workbook, typing…etc.)

2. Perform clerical duties in order to maintain the company's administration
- Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment

3. Performs receptionist functions
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Greet, assist and/or direct candidates, visitors and the general public

4. Support the Executive Management and other staff
- Assist the Executive Management and other staff as requested
- Provide administrative services for the Executive Management

5. Perform other related duties as required


- BT / TS in secretarial field with a minimum of three (2) years of relevant experience
- Ability to speak, read and write English and Arabic fluently
- Fast typing capability
- Good business writing skills
- Active listener
- Demonstrated skills in personal computer operation, word processing and spreadsheet software
- Very good organizational and time management skills
- Presentable, professional and courteous deportment
- Excellent communication skills
- Assist other departments with necessary reports
