A. Job Details

Position title HR
Reports to Partners & Managing Directors (up to 3)
Engagement Full-time (8 hours per day)
Purpose The purpose of this position is to:
• Lead human resources activities and talent acquisition


B. Key Accountabilities

Human Resources
1. Organize and maintain internal staff database in coordination with all business activities
2. Maintain and keep track of the staff annual leave calendar and visa expiry dates
3. Lead recruitment efforts and manage specific recruitment channels, including job postings and applications screening
4. Organize and maintain recruiting and applicants database by channel (universities, direct contacts)
5. Conduct resume filtering and first round interviews
6. Manage recruitment and communication process with applicants (acceptance, interview scheduling/ filing, offer letters)
7. Maintain filing database for all communication and templates
8. Lead training curriculum development and organize training for all employees
9. Manage training curriculum and database
10. Manage performance assessment and the talent committee meetings for all employees
11. Maintain staffing database and manage project staffing needs
12. Update and improve overall HR processes

D. Requirements and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as HR generalist
• Experience in training curriculum development
• Experience in implementing and developing HR strategies
• Knowledge in the management consulting industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages

E. Main Contacts

Daily: Contact partners for coordination & assisstance
Weekly: Contact staff for ad-hoc support, and third parties for logistics supplies, and services
