Prepare the Consolidated Annual Financial Reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, statement of shareholders’ equity, statement of cash flows, notes to the financial statements and MDA preparation, and all other required information / Manage the external review for Quarterly and Annual Financial Reporting / Create and maintain reporting calendar to inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for the following processes: financial close, external financial reporting package / Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance, provide interpretation and prepare technical memorandums that document issues in a clear, logical and comprehensive manner / Analyze changes in balance sheet and P&L comparative to prior period and plan / Coordinate/prepare preparation of quarterly, annual, and ad hoc board of director’s reports / Provide constructive feedback and training to GL management & staff surrounding schedules used to populate footnotes, cash flow and other financial reporting to insure efficiency in work flow interdepartmentally / Review and update internal control documentation to ensure compliance with requirements / Participate in other projects as needed / Communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to the management team.

-Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred / Minimum 6 years’ experience / Strong Excel skills / Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Must be a team player.
