Consultants will be involved in the strategy, structure, organization, resources management, finance and operations. They will identify issues for the organization and suggest solutions and recommendations for change. As well as assist in implementing them. Consultants will operate across functions (core and support) such as business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, human resources, information technology, e-business, etc. Consultants will need to travel to various locations and provide services to entities within the Group or external clients when needed. Senior Consultants’ responsibilities will include conducting tasks such as: Carry out data collection, using qualitative and quantitative methods to ensure accuracy and validity/ Run analysis and correlation study of the data gathered / Develop comprehensive reports and presentations based on analytical findings / Interview employees, management team and other stakeholders, to identify issues and form hypotheses / Cooperate in conducting operational and financial due diligences and valuations / Develop strategies, business plans and feasibility studies / Conduct operational assessment and improve/develop policies and procedures for various core and support activities and industries / Assess and develop of organizational charts, functional descriptions and manpower needs / Follow-up on project planning, execution and monitoring, given time and budget constraints / Guide and review the work of junior consultants and lead a team in projects.

-Requirements: Master’s degree / Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Big 4 consultancy
