A well-known chain of restaurants in KSA is looking to recruit FLOOR MANAGERS:


-Manage entire operation of the FOH during scheduled shifts which include daily ‎decision making, team members support, customers’ interaction, scheduling, planning ‎while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness in order to comply with the standards of quality and service
-Manage staffing throughout shift including deciding when team members can check out ‎for the day ‎
-Lead and monitor the team and promote a strong team ethic at all times ‎
-Monitor performance of the team and provide timely feedback and recommendations ‎for corrective action
-Perform line checks throughout shift in order to meet company standards
-Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned team members a variety of functions such as ‎proper use of equipment, food preparation, serving of menu components, portion ‎control, safety, sanitation standards, procedures and customer relations ‎
-Develop and implement floor plan in order to assign team members in all different areas ‎

Salary: Basic $2000 + Accommodation + Transportation + Main meal + Insurance + 30 days Annual leave days + 1 ticket per year.
