Main Duties;
• Onsite Client Support.
• Able to investigate hardware problem origin related to Desktop, Printer, Scanner, Thincleint, POS.
• Troubleshooting windows and application problem related to End Users.
• Installing and Configuring software as required by SMB Clients.
• Assist with project implementation.

Degree:Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience.
Certificates:
• MSCA, MSCE
