we are recruiting for a Leading Pharma company a Business Analyst .

The Role will be Managing the financial and Supply Chain modules of the ERP (Microsoft Dyn365 for Operations) including but not limited to:
o General Ledger
o Taxation
o Cash and Banks
o Fixed Assets
o Accounts Payable
o Accounts Receivables
o Payroll
o Inventory Management
o Product Master
o Procurement and Sourcing
o Warehouse Management
o Fleet Management
o Distribution and Logistics
• Understand existing processes and systems
• Document functional requirements
• Produce Gap-Analysis reports between existing status and industry best practice.
• Collect, cleanse, normalize and import master data and opening balances
• Develop reports to consolidate current and future systems for aggregated financial reporting
• Setup functional modules of SCM and FM
• Run Unit testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Train key users on system use
• Support users after go-live
• Develop financial reports
• Ensure system and reporting compliance with common legislation bodies (VAT, Ministry of Finance, NSSF, etc.…)
• Perform as the functional lead and own overall responsibility of assigned modules
• Develop and design new reports as requested by user community through mastering Power BI tool
• Ensure reports and processes are completed timely and accurately
• Hold training sessions with group to share knowledge and work procedures
• •Develop general understanding of company’s lines of business and company policies and procedures
