- Bachelor degree in Business, Statistics, IT or equivalent
- Previous experience in results analysis systems and/or applied statistics.

Job Description:
- Prepare daily reports as specified (Leads, customer, calls, …etc).
- Perform basic vocalcom and crm functions including running reports, expiring data, changing agent skills, and activating agent / sales traces.
- Draw up the conceptual design for a planned database
- Refine the logical design to meet system storage requirements so it can be translated into a specific data model
- Write programs on a variety of programming languages, such as VB / VBA / C / C++, HTML and Java
- Debug programs by testing for and fixing errors
- Gather all data needed for projects and analysis.
- Create reports & validate their accuracy.
- Control consistency of reports to support reliable decision-making.
- Make initial analysis of variance.
- Perform regular analysis of forecasted volumes to support call center, projects and marketing campaigns.
- Verify the accuracy of sources and formulas.
- Verify reports in terms of plausibility.
- Consolidate information into a manageable format.
- Track results to identify trends.
- Develop schedules based on an activity analysis and forecast.
- Follow real-time activity of call flow within each business, project or product area.
- Maintain and evolve CRM in terms of predefined reporting.
- Update and improve technical procedures and workflow as instructed.
- Assist in written communication and reports where required.
- Create and update web reporting integrated SQL databases to the company’s crm tools
- Create and monitor users access permissions and security
- Consider both back-and organisation of data and front-end accessibility for end-users
- Develop, manage and test back-up and recovery plans
- Ensuring that storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly
- Perfom miscellaneous tasks assigned by his manager

- CRM and databases principles
- SQL (Structured Query Language): standard language to perform tasks such as updating data on a database, or retrieving data from a database.
- VB, VBA, C, C++, HTML and Java
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Projects
- English, Arabic & French
