• Significant experience in telecom services and exposure to Media / TV industry in the region
• Understanding of the VAS domain is a plus.
• Proven track record in meeting sales quota, goals and expectations
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Independent, flexible and highly motivated
• Professional, proactive, ethical & responsible
• Dynamic builder of relationships with customers with strong written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic with the capacity of communication with all levels of seniority
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively within pressurized environments

• Establish plans & strategies to expand customer base in designated area
• Contribute to the development of training & educational programs for clients
• Develop, identify and implement growth opportunities
• Develop a business plan & sales strategy to ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
• Provide accurate competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications whilst striving to maintain maximum profit margin
• Create and conduct new product proposal presentations to assigned clients
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
• Maintain sales volume, product mix & selling price by keeping current with supply & demand, changing trends, economic indicators & competitors
• Develop, manage and launch new products and services for the Company into designated markets
• Attend industry functions and provide insight on market updates & trends
• Keeping up to date with competitive activities
• Build rapport with clients to help them understand how to transform ideas into digital solutions
• Identify decision makers within the client organization and set up meetings as per Management’s request
• Work closely with management to develop proposals addressing client's needs and objectives
• Participate in the process of pricing of all services as well as sales follow-up activities
• Seek opportunities for campaigns or services that would increase sales
• Submit weekly progress reports in addition to forecasting sales targets ensuring they are met
