 Selects the showroom display Kitchens that sells best in Lebanese market taking into consideration the various tastes and price levels according to previous experience.
 Supervises and insures a high standard of visual merchandising and good presentation of the Kitchen showroom display on daily basis.
 Introduces adequately and provides new employees orientation on the brand, its quality, price levels, and trains them on the designated Kitchen software.
 Deals with clients and advises them on kitchen layout, wood and color coordination, and explains to them about the quality.
 Supervises the interior architects drawings and submission of plans and offers to clients and follows up closely with them to guarantee the sales.
 Aims to achieve sales target by coming up with sales and marketing strategies to attract new clienteles.
 Aims to achieve sales target by helping to generate sales through “contract business” by visiting project sites.
 Reviews and approves final Autocad drawings and their related sales orders and ensures customers signature and approval.
 Reviews and approves purchase orders.
 Supervises and follows up the delivery dates of the clients.
 Overviews customers’ claims, follows up on solutions, and maintain contact with relevant clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
 Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales and interior designers team members.
 Organizes, motivates and leads the sales team, and provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
 Liaise with the Manager to review the effectiveness of the current displays and change where necessary.

Minimum 5 years experience in Kitchens
