Deals with clients and advises them on kitchen layout, wood and color coordination, and explains to them about the quality.
Supervises the interior architects drawings and submission of plans and offers to clients and follows up closely with them to guarantee the sales.
Aims to achieve sales target by coming up with sales and marketing strategies to attract new clienteles.
Aims to achieve sales target by helping to generate sales through “contract business” by visiting project sites.
Reviews and approves final Autocad drawings and their related sales orders and ensures customers signature and approval.
Reviews and approves purchase orders.
Supervises and follows up the delivery dates of the clients.
Overviews customers’ claims, follows up on solutions, and maintain contact with relevant clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales and interior designers team members.
Organizes, motivates and leads the sales team, and provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Liaise with the Manager to review the effectiveness of the current displays and change where necessary.
