-Manages & follows up on contracts with tenants
-Accomplishes financial objectives by preparing annual budgets; analyzing and correcting budget variances; scheduling expenditures; collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; initiating corrective action.
-Prepares managerial reports by collecting and summarizing data.
-Maintains building systems by preparing preventative maintenance program.
-Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; ensuring rules of occupancy are abided; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs
-Maintains building cleanliness by preparing a cleaning schedule & reporting cleaning requirements
-Manages and monitors the labor force (concierge, cleaning & maintenance team by following up and coordinating with their supervisors, etc...) Including managing logistics and preparing appropriate time/task schedules.
-Secures property by ensuring precautionary policies and procedures are followed through; responding to emergencies.
-Manages & handles all incident reporting
-Ensures that all safety & health requirements are applied as per the company’s SOP
-Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
-Holder of a Business Administration degree (This is NOT a technical / civil engineering job)
-MUST have 2-4 years of 'SIMILAR EXPERIENCE'
-Conducting general assemblies
-Preparing and monitoring building budget
-Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
-Yearly annual leave
