Job Scope:

Represent the company in the showroom by meeting customers and providing them with
information on the displayed products. Handle sales of delivery bags and restaurant packaging
supplies in the showroom and based on the catalog. Support Management in responding to incoming
queries and purchases received online for better customer service.

Job location: Burj Hammoud

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Greet customers as they arrive at the showroom and inquire into their purpose of visit
● Listen actively to customers while they provide details of what they want to buy or look at
● Assist customers in locating items of their choice and provide them with information on
product features
● Demonstrate product features, by clearly articulating each important article and its use
● Sell delivery bags and restaurant packaging supplies to walk-in customers in the showroom
and to customers who are sourced online
● Lead customers through the payment process in the showroom and handle cashier duties by
taking cash or credit cards in exchange of goods sold
● Handle product displays by replenishing shelves at all times with the related items
● Order out of stock items in a timely manner
● Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of showroom by coordinating custodial services
● Handle customer complaints by ensuring complete customer satisfaction at all levels
● Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
● Processes quotes on behalf of the sales team
● Update the website with new products and price lists
● Handle incoming queries and dispatch orders received online through company’s website,
email and social media platforms
● Route qualified opportunities to the Sales & Marketing Manager for further development
and closure
● Close sales and achieve sales targets
● Collect product feedback from customers
● Support management in generating periodic sales update reports
● Handle other job related duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager


- Bachelor degree BA/BS is required
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service
- Presentable with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong selling technique and negotiation skills with proven track record of achieving quota
- Good English verbal and written communication skills. French is a plus
