Description


We are currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant for a Leading regional Telecommunication Company.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience
- University Degree
- Fluent in Arabic, English and French (Preferably)

Job description (Duties and responsibilities):
Managing meetings' logistics;
Managing phone calls, mails, e-mails, and faxes (from screening to delivery);
Organizing conference calls;
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
Managing the office requirements and logistics (administrative work);
Managing travel arrangements;
Handling the petty cash of chairman’s office; and
Submitting expenses and time sheets.

Skills:
Proficient in English and Arabic (French is a plus);
Excellent working knowledge on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internet usage;
Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
Good communications skills;
Good administrative skills;
Able to perform under pressure;
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
Able to perform independently; and
Takes initiative.
