Main Duties:
1) Customer service
- Meet and greet customers
- Gather information and organize records on customer preferences and buying behavior
- Provide customer with information regarding returns and refund policies
- Provide customers with information regarding future events
- Reinforce and constantly enrich the Client Portfolio
2) Achieve sales targets
- increase existing sales through up selling and cross selling
3) Adhere to the standards of operations
- Support the manager in achieving the Boutique’s goal
- Ensure security procedures for merchandise are observed at all stages in the sale process.
4) Perform transactions on POS SYSTEM
- daily opening and closing procedure for the boutique and the POS
5) Inventory administration
- monthly inventory of packaging material
- ensure all items are correctly tagged and labeled
6) Provide support to VIP events
- Follow up action regarding VIP customer service.
- Assist Boutique manager in store visual merchandising

• Significant experience in a retail environment or fast moving luxury
• Excellent sales skills (minimum 4 years experience)
• Fluency in communication and excellent relationship building
• Passion and deep taste for luxury goods and fashion
• Strong drive for results
