Job description (Duties and responsibilities): -The Customer Service handles a major role in aligning the sales activities of the company. she shall follow-up on all the stages of the sales cycle to make sure sales activities are put in order and running smoothly. she shall support and coordinate the work between the sales team on one hand and the warehouse and installation supervisors on the other hand assuring work goes harmoniously.
In order to complete the sales cycle effectively, the customer service handles variety of tasks including but not limited to preparing quotations, pricing related projects, following up on clients response and on overdue payments, monitoring on going orders and following up on delivery and installation of order.
-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
