Hello! We are searching for an Executive Secretary to join our small, young team at Blue Hat. - Minimum 4+ years work experience
- Bachelor's Degree (in any field)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
- Working Days / Hours: Mondays - Fridays from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1 hr lunch break)


Handling Reception
- Managing and fulfilling internal office orders
- Ordering and Following up on Office logistics / Office supplies
- Reception: answer to phone calls / door visitors
- Manage our Petty Cash
- Filing and storing important documents
- Printing and scanning documents

Executive Work
- Assisting Management team with day-to-day tasks
- Scheduling Meetings for Management team
- Contacting and coordinating with clients, third parties, candidates, suppliers etc...
- Manage flights and hotel bookings

- Data Entries of invoices onto system
- Book Keeping
- Handling and Filing Receipts and invoices
