The Community Manager will implement, monitor and measure Social Media Strategies and campaigns. The right candidate will have excellent verbal and writing skills in Arabic and English, along with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, a knack for research and a sharp wit. This position is full time salaried with benefits, including training and a great opportunity to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop a content strategy and calendar for Facebook and Instagram that will correspond to the given digital objectives of the brand | company in collaboration with the Brand Managers
•Publish content daily on all mentioned platforms
•Ensure that all posts are correct (visual, text, caption) and posted in agreed times
•Monitor and measure the impact of social media activations and campaigns, analyze, review and report results and strategies to maximize ROI of future posts.
•Moderate and respond to all user comments, questions, and report unanswered queries to Brand Managers
•Prepare monthly and quarterly performance analytics and develop key takeaways and learnings, including insights and feedback from interactions on all platforms
•Monitors Social Media trends and brands’ competitors, stay updated with all the latest news of each platform and brands’ relevant industry trends on social media
•Know how to best capture and publish content in real time (Insta Stories, Facebook)
•Help define guidelines and best practices for Social Media platforms
•Understand basic of design and visual engagement

•Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising or relevant field.
•1-2 years experience in a similar position
•Has In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
•Has excellent verbal and written communication Arabic and English skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
•Ability to communicate results to management in a fast paced environment
•Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
