Reponsibilities:
• Discussing the project with the tendering and operations manager.
• Reviewing of the project technical documents and planning.
• Preparing the project quality plan at the beginning of the project.
• Performing a site tour, deciding the items needed on site and filling the mobilization request form.
• Initiating material submittals following the schedule and as per the contract requirements.
• Executing and Approving shop drawing submittals.
• Executing and Approving document transmittals.
• Executing and Approving field inspection requests.
• Executing and Approving site clarification requests.
• Executing and Approving as built, maintenance drawings and documents at the end of the project.
• Executing and Approving site planning at the beginning of the project and after every monthly update.
• Executing and Approving daily site reports.
• Approving all photos taken during the project.
• Initiating the defective work cost sheet when needed as per the contract requirements.
• Initiating minutes of meeting as per contract requirement.
• Ensuring insurance files are valid and available on site.
• Initiating notification for variation order when needed as per contract requirement.
• Initiating variation order issuance when needed as per contract requirement.
• Approving all subcontractors payment certificates.
• Initiating the measurement sheets on a monthly basis as per contract requirement.
• Initiating statements as per contract requirement.
• Ensuring safety measures are taken at all time on the project.
• Initiating completion certificate when needed or at the end of the project, as per contract requirement.
• Initiating request for retention retrieval when needed or at the end of the project as per contract requirement. (Inform accounting and operations manager)
• Initiating request for bond retrieval and final handing over when needed or at the end of the project as per contract requirement. (inform accounting and operations manager)
• Ensuring all logs are filled adequately.
• Ensuring the application of all QMS requirements.
• Executing any job related task requested by the operations manager.
• Ensuring proper communication with the operations manager for the good execution of the project.
