Description


We are looking for a Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker with experience in the field of IT and Marketing to share our digital platform. We want candidates who can work on a full-time basis starting July 2017.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage objectives, metrics, strategies and tactics for the digital platform
• Become the brand’s voice
• Work on a lean startup process.
• Manage and analyze platform data and report them across the company
• Continuously learn and collaborate with the business to assimilate new and advanced features into the internal digital platform
• Drive to find the best ways to activate and ignite the brand and/or campaign ideas across various channels
• Stay on top of key digital trends and bring insights on hot topics to the team

Ideal Candidate should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Management or comparable discipline
• Two years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Digital Marketer, Innovation or Digital Evangelist
• An understanding of current and upcoming digital trends
• An understanding of analytics with a focus on improved optimization
• A team player with the ability to blend in with multi-skilled individuals

The Association for Lebanese Rural Development (L.R.D) is a Non-Governmental Organization registered in Lebanon on the 28th September 2006 under the official registration number 459 /AD at the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities and upon its establishment, its activities were based in Jezzin and South Lebanon. In March 2012, LRD began expanding its area of work to include other regions; mainly Akkar, as it is one of the most deprived regions in Lebanon.
