Represents clients of the International Health Services Division and supports them in achieving their business needs with a view to maintaining a high standard of client relations. Support the division’s marketing and business development efforts to achieve business targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Manage client relationships by ensuring our contractual obligations are fulfilled, our clients’ needs are addressed and any service issues or complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
•Support clients with policy management and administration on GlobeMed systems to ensure that their products are properly installed and maintained and their policy production process is running smoothly
•Assisting in setting and implementing network/tariff strategies and policies.
•Monitor client portfolio and support them in achieving persistence and healthy growth.
•Support the business development effort for the IHS division by conducting competitive analysis and research, preparing marketing plans and sales presentations, and building relationships with existing clients and future prospects.
•Bachelor of Arts (BA) and MBA is a plus
•Understands health management systems with a background in health insurance.
•Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization and externally.
•Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
•Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, French is an asset
•Computer literate with good MS Office skills
