Description


• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities ensuring alignment with company’s objectives and vision
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Analysis and forecast of sales trends
• Manage CRM system and related activities, and implement strategies according to reports
• Ensuring the sales team update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data.
• Enhance and standardize customer experience across all physical locations
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results
• Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
• Liaison with media and advertising agencies or in-house
• Manage the advertising team, set priorities and insures all jobs meet the due dates
• Manage and Maintain excellent relationships with other departments
• Committed to apply and develop quality objectives in the Marketing & Advertising department and to apply the Quality Management System (ISO 9001-2000) and all management systems approved by the company and the application of all directives of the senior management
• Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.
• Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
• Performance managing underperforming members of the sales team.
• Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.
• Arranging for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
• Reporting on activities towards targets to the company directors.
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
• Manage sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
• Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion

Qualifications:

• Post graduate degree such as MSc, MBA or PGD in marketing or a relevant discipline will be an advantage
• Above 8 years of relevant experience, 5 years experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
• Technical marketing skills
• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Relevant product and industry knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
