• Greet customers, offer assistance and determine their needs and wants. Make sure that they are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with the best customer service standards.
• Discuss type, quality and number of merchandise required for purchase.
• Recommend merchandise based on individual requirements
• Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise
• Answer customers’ queries and concerns
• Assist in display of merchandise: arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Watch for and prevent security risks and thefts
• Perform physical and electronic inventory of shop products on a regular basis as per company's guidelines in order to ensure accurate stock keeping
• Perform transfers of merchandise between stores.
• Understand the cash system and be able to take responsibility of collection from customers according to the company’s procedures.
• High School Degree/Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluency in English and French
• Proficiency in MS office
