Description


• Conceptualize creative on a monthly basis for content calendars.

• Determine how best to represent a concept visually.

• Conceptualize and define quick creative wins across 4-5 clients on a monthly basis.

• Work effectively on a brief with a copywriter and generate ideas to present to the Creative Director.

• Create overall design style and direct other designers who will be developing artwork or layouts. Set a visual stencil/template for the design team to refer to and adapt across all visuals.

• Collaborate with creative team, internal account teams and clients to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels.

• Stay current on industry trends.

• Mentor senior designers on the team by reviewing and approving their designs.
• Attend bi-weekly meetings with clients.

• Assist Creative Director in pitches and proposals.

• Work closely with the copywriter to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the client's brief.

• Design creative posts and concepts for a minimum of 4-5 clients on a monthly basis.

• Be a main point of contact between the AM team, Creative Director and design team.

• Supervise design team, review and approve designs for Tier B & C accounts

• Provide monthly conceptual direction on content plans to designers.

• Brief members of the creative team on new campaigns/activations.

• Produce storyboards to communicate ideas to the client.
• Gather client requirements and advise client on all technical, visual recommendations.

• Edit the final results for presentation to the client.

• Maintain quality check on all posts.

• Manage time effectively; completely understanding the client tier system and reviewing the hours spent by other designs across all clients.

• Coordinate on a daily basis with the Traffic Manager on assigning tasks and making sure deadlines are met.

• Follow agency processes and policies.

• Creatively seek out new trends in design and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge.
