Job Purpose: prepares food by following Head Chef's menu, instructions and procedures. The right candidate should also be familiar with sandwiches, Burgers and pasta dishes.
- Prepares food by observing methods of preparation; tasting and
smelling prepared dishes; viewing colour, texture and garnishments;
verifying portion sizes.
- Controls costs by using readily available and seasonal ingredients;
identifying and qualifying suppliers; setting standards for quality and
- Completes kitchen operational requirements.
- Maintains a clean and safe environment by implementing national
and local sanitation requirements;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
