1. Analyze media coverage to discover trends, insights, issues, performance or other developments of interest to CARMA clients; identify and accurately summarize key topics of interest
2. Produce high-quality client reports to tight deadlines; ensure reports are delivered on time and to client/contract specifications
3. Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of reports in term of data, formatting and language
4. Creating tables and charts to visualize data
5. Work closely with the monitoring team to ensure accuracy and relevancy of search quiries
6. Liaise with the Coding team to plan workflows and ensure timely delivery of reports
7. Coordinate with Client Services to regularly review and understand client requirements and ensure these are met
Must be technology savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to software and tools
8. Fluent in Arabic and English
9. Excellent writing skills
10. Numerate - must be comfortable working with numbers
11. Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, Powerpoint and Excel in particular
12. Strong research and analytical skills - ability to absorb and synthesize large amounts of data
13. Focused and detail oriented
14. Work autonomously, handle several projects simultaneously, comfortable delivering to tight deadlines
15. Positive, “can-do”, solution-focused approach to work
16. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating high level of tact and diplomacy
17. Ability to think creatively and out-of-the-box
