- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous experience is required
- Answer and forward incoming calls.
- Record messages when necessary.
- Perform outgoing calls for all staff.
- Receive and direct visitors & clients to appropriate staff.
- Update data on CRM
- Provide support to the customer care department and the call canter when it’s requested.
- Arabic, English and French
