• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and support requests
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network Installing and terminating computer networks cables
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications password issues
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Software installation and support (dolphin, Omega, etc...)
• Installation and maintenance for phone extensions and trunks
• Maintains current and accurate inventory of related hardware, cables and resources.
