For Red Diner restaurant in Tyre, South Lebanon, a Marketing & Sales Coordinator is needed with the following responsibilities:

- Contribute to the marketing campaign and sales generation plan for the restaurant by suggesting insightful ideas to increase market share.
- Generate actions plans to realize set objectives and deadlines covering the sought out marketing and sales activities.
- Define Key Performance Indicators to measure the progress and success of the implemented actions plan.
- Contact existing customers and seek potential groups and communities to increase awareness and generate sales.
- Coordinate events from planning and preparation to execution and feedback taking.
- Handle projects designed to increase exposure to the market.
- Follow up with visitors and ask for comments to improve operations and hence enhance the perceived quality of the service.
- Attend to costumers queries in a timely manner and report any complaint to management.
- Fill in daily reports covering your work as recommended by restaurant’s management.
- Prepare monthly overviews to reflect on necessary changes to the action plan.
- 3 – 5 years in previous sales, marketing, and/or Project Management role
- Good experience in sales and Marketing techniques
- Advanced communication skills
- Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Arabic and English languages
- Friendly Attitude
- Sociable and people person
