o Greet customers and guests in a cheerful and respectful manner.
o Provide services for customers / company guests and top Management when needed.
o Promptly and courteously answer the telephone and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
o Provide administrative support to all departments as required including but not limited to (making phone calls, faxing, typing support, preparing labels, codes & stickers, photocopies, filing, binding and other administrative duties…).
o Record daily calls and visitors report accurately and legibly.
o Organize and arrange the top management offices.
o Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and stationary.
o Allocate timesheets of all employees in all departments in job costing on specific job orders.
o Prepare packing lists and delivery notes of finished products.
o Open job orders in Visual Dolphin (Finished product in stock master, manufacturing order in assembly)
as well as in job costing (sub jobs and estimation & quotation) and allocate material consumption.
o Allocate Transportation sheet in job costing.
o Assist the Human Resource department with the Driver’s Schedule Sheet.
As may be assigned by the Management.
Minimum High school or equivalent Technical degree
