Main Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide Administrative support to the functional Business Units operating under The Group and its sister companies, in order to help and facilitate their operating requirements.

1. Prepare reports, research information and translate documents as needed
2. Research and summarize findings / collate vital findings
3. Update CRM daily and restore clients information / contact details
4. Book events / travel arrangements / meetings & other functions
5. Manage Social Media activities and update as necessary
6. Publish postings related to Group Functions / Publications & News
7. Connect with followers and candidates for updates
8. Update The database and related clients files
9. Maintain a professional relation with Clients
10. Prioritize work and organize daily office tasks
11. Schedule meetings
12. Prompt reminders, memos and Group‘s general communication
13. Follow-up on urgent / pending issues and resolve conflicts
14. Various projects as might be assigned by the Management

• University degree in relevant discipline
• 8 - 10 years of similar experience
• MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Multi-tasked, Detail Oriented and Time Management skills
