Maintains and updates files, including employee records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters for new comers and leavers.
Administers and monitors the hotel’s ‘Employee of the Month’ system.
Prepares certificate of training for employees and salary certificates.
Prepares memos, reports and other correspondence, as requested by the HR Manager.
Prepares job offer packages (staff agreement, offer letter, summary of benefits etc).
Ensures all documentation required for recruitment is provided before commencement of employment.
Arranges appointments for the HR Manager
Coordinates with insurance company for the medical insurance of employees and any other related issue.
Coordinates with the NSSF delegate the registration of employees in the social security, medicine, hospitalization, end of service forms, etc etc.
Assists in the preparation of staff activities
Updates the Training and employees bulletin board
Conducts lockers spot checks and other checks
Monitors staff punching system and prepare monthly hotel transportation
Maintains a proper filling system for the HR department
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the HR Manager
Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract most qualified candidates for position vacancies.
Maintains updated listing of all job openings in the Hotel.
Prepares the database for applicants and keep it well organized
Maintains a proper filling system of all CVs & applications.
