The Marketing Analyst works closely with the Marketing Manager to improve the organization’s understanding of its stakeholders and to creating and maintaining a customer-centered organization. He/she provides reporting and analytical support to the marketing department in order to shape, measure and improves the effectiveness of marketing strategies and their successful execution in GlobeMed operations.
He/she collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential product and service markets. He/she also identifies and monitors competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Conducts market research including market size, insurance companies’ market share, Nationals health insurance, Expats health insurance, etc.
•Collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential product/service markets, and make recommendations to help improve program efficiencies.
•Participates in primary marketing research and secondary marketing analysis associated with product launch and new product development.
•Produces data and insights to assist in marketing segmentation and country targeting efforts.
•Collects information about competitors’ news, market positioning, core clients, contracts, size and structure of the business, promotional and advertising campaigns, etc.
•Participates in preparing marketing plans for different GlobeMed Operations, products, solutions and services.
•Proposes new methods for evaluating information, incorporating best practices from high performing organizations, and staying current on the insurance industry market.
•Recommends means to better interact with clients, build stronger relationships, and ensure that those relationships generate engagement over time.
•Works across GlobeMed Operations to gather feedback, share learnings, and leverage insights.
•Designs and optimizes loyalty campaigns, reporting, and marketing promotion execution in order to increase customer retention and profitability.
•Previous experience in research is a must (2+ years)
•Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
•Fluent in English and Arabic
•Good coordination & follow-up skills
•Good written and oral Communication Skills with attention to details
•Ability to multitask
