•Support extensive subcontractors, suppliers and technical field staff on technical matters.
•Coordinate closely with managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth business transactions.
•Handle technical claims belonging to technical project matters.
•Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
•Provide technical expertise to customers regarding installation, maintenance and repair related to the purchased products.
•Develop commercial relationships with customers and clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
•Expand the awareness of the company's products and services through technical presentations and demonstrations that show how the products meet client needs.
• Visit job sites, subcontractor and customers to monitor progress, address clients’ concerns and resolve pending issues.
•Liaise with other members of the sales team and the technical department and support in the design of custom-made products.
•Follow up with the installation and production teams the status of the each project, and coordinate with other departments the needed.
•Ensure coordination among the different departments in AGEV based on the status of each project and provide a weekly follow up report.
•Work closely with the General Manager on various issues ranging from bid aspects, site aspects all the way to execution of the projects.
•Assist in the execution of contracts, and provide a local source of contact for clients and subcontractors.
•Take part in the negotiation of tenders, contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
•Revise and calculate client quotations and administer client accounts.
•Analyze costs and sales, and prepare project reports or summary sheets on a timely basis, reflecting accurate contract information.
