• Represent clients of the department and supports them in achieving their business needs with a view to maintaining a high standard of client relations. Support the division’s marketing and business development efforts to achieve business targets.
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) and MBA is a plus
• 1+ year of experience in customer service field
• Understands health management systems with a background in health insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization and externally.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, French is an asset
• Computer literate with good MS Office skills
