Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
• Open customer accounts by recording account information
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Welcome and communicate with customer who has any maintenance problem, after buying the product
• Follow up with the Service Center and make sure the product was repaired on time
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Handle and prepare delivery for customers
• Follow up after delivery
• Prepare the technicians’ schedule for maintenance and installation request

Skills and job requirements:
• Minimum 2years of experience in customer service or after sales service
• Good Communication Skills in Arabic and English; French is a plus
• Detail oriented, ability to show initiative and take responsibility
• Organized
• Enhanced verbal and interpersonal communications skills
• Good Knowledge in Word and Excel
