Greet customers and guests in a cheerful and respectful manner.
Promptly and courteously answer the telephone and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Provide administrative support to all departments as required including but not limited to (making phone calls, faxing, typing support, preparing labels, codes & stickers, photocopies, filing, binding and other administrative duties…).
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and stationary.
As may be assigned by the Management.
Minimum High school or equivalent Technical degree
