Marketing Manager with minimum 8 years of experience needed for a leading communication agency in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or other related fields
8-12 years relevant marketing program management and/or agency experience
DUAL NATIONALITY REQUIRED
Thorough understanding of marketing concepts and trends
Excellent management skills
Good strategic thinking
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in written and spoken English & Arabic
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Computer proficient particularly with Microsoft Office products
Dynamic with excellent organizational and planning skills
Managing the Marketing team; directing and overseeing the operations.
Approving activities and creative work.
Monitoring the jobs quality and progress on account action plans.
Reviewing deliverables with Marketing team and Finance to ensure jobs are delivered and/or on track.
Defining the situation of the clients’ organization.
Setting the clients objectives, a preview of where they want to be in the future.
Defining long term strategy to be shared with the account manager to develop the marketing plan and action plan.
Briefing – Project delegation and timing.
Preparing proposal for existing clients and pitches.
Leading trend watching exercise and marketing knowledge meetings.
Tracking the consumer trends to gain relevant inspiration leading to profitable innovation.
Defining where the trends can be adapted and applied.
Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
Undertaking continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
